This website is operated by Calenvia. Throughout the website, the terms “Calenvia,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Calenvia. The terms “you” and “your” refer to a website visitor, customer, account holder or other person using our services.

By accessing calenvia.shop, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or purchase products through Calenvia.

Eligibility and Customer Accounts

Actual colors may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings and manufacturing variation. Dimensions and weights may also include reasonable production or measurement tolerances.

Product descriptions are provided for general shopping information. They do not replace manufacturer instructions, safety warnings, sizing guidance or professional advice.

Outdoor performance depends on conditions and user factors. A temperature rating, season rating, waterproof rating, weight, capacity or compatibility statement is not a guarantee that a product will perform identically for every person or situation.

Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We may accept an order by sending a confirmation of acceptance, beginning fulfillment or shipping the product.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order when:

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in United States dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout when available.

Promotional codes may have expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum-order requirements or other conditions. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory or promotional errors. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.

Payments, Authorization and Taxes

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

A payment provider or financial institution may place a temporary authorization hold. Calenvia does not control how long an external provider keeps an authorization or refund pending.

Shipping, Tracking and Delivery

Calenvia currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout when applicable.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly state otherwise. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, emergencies, address problems and other circumstances may affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. An address may no longer be changeable after fulfillment begins.

When tracking shows delivery but a package cannot be located, check the delivery area, building office, household members and nearby neighbors before contacting us.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Calenvia currently offers a 60-day return window for eligible items, measured from delivery.

Returned products generally must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and accompanied by original packaging, tags and accessories when applicable.

Return approval is required before sending an item. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless a product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect because of our error. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or confirmed by our support team.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method.

Outdoor Equipment and Product Safety

Calenvia sells equipment intended for outdoor use, including tents, tarps, sleeping systems, technical clothing, titanium stoves and related parts. Outdoor activities and heating equipment involve inherent risks.

You agree to:

• Read and follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings
• Inspect equipment before every use
• Use products only for their intended purpose
• Confirm compatibility before combining equipment or parts
• Monitor weather, terrain, fire restrictions and local regulations
• Use suitable ventilation and clearances around any stove
• Keep flames, sparks and hot components away from combustibles
• Never leave a burning stove or open flame unattended
• Stop using damaged, incomplete or incorrectly assembled equipment

Seam sealing, stove-pipe forming, guy-line placement and other product preparation may be required before first use. A product should not be assumed to be ready for severe conditions merely because it has been removed from its packaging.

You are responsible for deciding whether your training, physical condition, equipment and trip plan are suitable for the intended environment.

Product Warranties and Manufacturer Support

Certain products may include a manufacturer warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the manufacturer’s own terms, exclusions, procedures and duration.

Calenvia does not create an additional manufacturer warranty unless an express Calenvia warranty is stated in writing on the applicable product page or order documentation.

Warranty coverage generally does not include ordinary wear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modification, improper storage or failure to follow product instructions.

Reviews, Feedback and User Content

You may be able to submit product reviews, photographs, comments, questions, suggestions or other content.

You agree that submitted content will not:

• Be false, misleading, defamatory or unlawfully threatening
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
• Contain malware, spam or unauthorized advertising
• Reveal another person’s private information without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or relationship with a product

You retain ownership of original content you create. By submitting content for public display, you grant Calenvia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law.

We may remove or decline content that violates these terms, is unrelated to the product or creates a legal or security concern.

Intellectual Property

The Calenvia website, including its layout, original text, graphics, logos, navigation, software and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Calenvia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Manufacturer names, trademarks, product images and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by payment, hosting, security, fulfillment, shipping, analytics and support providers where necessary to operate the store.

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive credentials through ordinary email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules require another result.

Subject to applicable consumer rights, legal proceedings concerning these terms may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking an appropriate remedy in small-claims court or another forum available under applicable law.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from Calenvia.

Order of Priority

A product-specific written term or promotion may supplement these terms. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific term applies to the affected product or offer.

Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment
